The Corporate Fraud Library is committed to minimal data collection and user privacy. We do not require registration, do not sell user data, and operate transparent analytics controls.
- No user accounts, registrations, or personal identifiable information (PII) required to browse the library.
- Google Analytics (GA4) uses Consent Mode v2 and is set to denied by default.
- Open data downloads require no tracking, email capture, or paywalls.
- Zero third-party advertising scripts are loaded unless explicitly enabled.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or billing information. The library is completely open-access with no paywalls or mandatory user profiles.
2. Analytics and Consent Mode v2
We use Google Analytics (GA4) solely to understand aggregated traffic patterns (such as page popularity and geographic reach). In accordance with modern privacy standards and Consent Mode v2, analytics storage and ad storage are set to denied by default. You can accept or decline analytics using the on-page consent bar.
3. Public Enforcement Records
All corporate entities, audit firms, and individuals mentioned in our case library appear solely because they were named as parties in public government enforcement records, court judgments, or regulatory disciplinary orders. We publish no private home addresses, family details, or non-public personal information.
